I'm 1800 miles away from Castle Sports Club and I'm still amped up for the play offs tonight! I'm decked out in my Runaway Brides shirt, fishnets and knee high socks. I was able to get into my chiropractor today and found out that I dislocated my shoulder when I fell on Saturday and inadvertently popped it back when I unclipped my bra Sunday night. The ligaments and the muscles around my rotator cuff are stretched out and will need time to heal.

 AZ Bike week the last two days was a lot of fun. I got off easy as far as injuries. Considering the fact that we were skating on asphault, there was a lot of road rash. My truck was broken into. The smashed out the driver side window with a rock and stole 2 things: my derby bag with all my gear in it and my trash bag. Yes, a trash bag. I feel that I did really well at practice last night and I worked even more tonight. I'm going to hurt like hell tomorrow. I'm now able to do a lot of things that, when I saw Becca doing these things a few months ago, I swore I'd never be able to do. I'm so proud of myself.
